fstransform software package provides Tool for in-place filesystem conversion, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fstransform
fstransform is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fstransform package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fstransform *
You will get with fstransform package name, version, architecture and description in a table
